Account dissassociated with facebook account and is now just numbers?

A few weeks ago I somehow managed to remove only my facebook account from my spotify account, so now my account name is only numbers and I can't log into it. How can I log in again and add my facebook account back to it? Also I've tried logging in with my facebook credentials to no avail.
