My premium account seems to not even exist. It won't accept password or send link to my email. I was even able to create a new account with that email address.

Hello!

Sorry for your problem. With your working account, search your username on Spotify. If you can't find it, there could be a corruption on your account (sounds crazy, I know). The only advice that I could give you is to email Spotify to "recover" your account or email them with your proof of buying Premium to "transfer the subscription." Sadly, you will lose all your songs on there 😞
