Account email and password changed/hacked

I can't seem to login to my spotify premium on the desktop app- I can login on my phone and onto my account via facebook, but the email address that my account is registered to has been changed to one I don't recognise.

Because of this, any support or password/email change requests are going straight through to that address, which I can't access as isn't mine. I've tried emailing that address to find out who it is, but i get an instant fail-to-send notification.

Even on the community page, my username comes up as someone elses (thejaimesto), but if I click "account", my actual username (ringfist) comes up! Anyone know what's happening?

Aditional note- I only access my spotify from a private computer or my phone so i'm the only user here on these devices.
