Account entirely hijacked


This is posted from a different account. I am completely unable to acces my premium account (Name = ketsh). From one day to another I got logged out and i'm unable to log back in. I attempted to send a password recovery email, but I did not receive one. (The hacker probably changed it to theirs, disallowing me to retrieve it. I already did send in a ticket but they only respond to me by saying I should send a recovery email (which I already stated I am currently unavailable to activate since the hacker probably changed the email). So I am currently completely locked out of my premium account. I have payment proof etc.

I'd recommend replying back to the message from Spotify Support so they can try to help you further.
