My Question or Issue

My original acc I made with my school gmail. However, suddenly, I can't login anymore. When I try to sign up again, it tells me that there already is an acc linked to the gmail, but when I try to sign in, it says there is no acc connected, both email and username, and login with Google says the oops error thing. I don't need to recover my acc, I just want my playlists. Help, please?

Thanks for reaching out. Don't worry, we'll be glad to help you get back into your account. 

 

From everything you've said, it seems most likely that the account has been disabled. This means that it still exists, but logging into it isn't possible. Try following the steps here to try and get it back.

 

After you regain access, you can also transfer your playlists to a new account as shown here.

I contacted them, but I can't recieve emails from spotify on my school acc, so apparently its irretrievable... 😞

Thanks for keeping in touch.

 

Bear in mind that if you already have an account created with that email, you can't create a new one. We suggest trying to log in again with your email and password. Don't use the Google option; try writing down your email and password.

 

If you already contacted support and they confirmed it's not possible to get back into the account, try searching for the profile with the username from another account in Spotify. That way you can follow the public playlist and not lose the content.
