Account for 13 year old - guardian permission?

I want to create an account for my 13 year old. I live in Belgium.

According to terms of use, you have to be at least 13 years to create an account, with the consent of a guardian (guardian permission). The system does however not allow me to create an account with my son's birthday, it says he is too young. It only accepts the account when I make him 16, which makes no sense at all, as the terms state that you have to either be 18 or 13 with the consent of a guardian.

Here the text from the terms of use(in French,sorry):

"Doit être âgé d'au moins 18 ans, ou être âgé d'au moins 13 ans et avoir l'accord d'un parent ou tuteur."

I checked the community here, but was unable to find the right answer. Does anyone know how to proceed?

Yes, I have a family premium plan active.

What I now did, was to create a login with a wrond birthdate to create the account and then changed it back to the real one in the preferences after login.  But there it would even let me change it to the date of a 2 year old...

That's good, as long as your son can now freely enjoy music on his account.
