Account gets "hijacked" post several password chances

Ahoy!

I own my personal spotify account, no one else is supposed to have access to it and my password has never EVER been given out to anyone but a few weeks ago someone started using my account to play music on what I can only assume is a Playstation 4 (device was called "PS4-584" or something similar).
I changed my password immediately and logged out everywhere and I got my account back... For a week or so, until the same device started using it again. I changed my password a second time around two days ago and today the same thing happened yet again.

It doesn't matter how many times I change my password on this account; whoever's doing this is having no issues logging into my account yet again and again. Is there a known solution to this issue or is there staff that can take a look at it somehow?
