Account getting hacked AGAIN

My spotify keeps getting hacked and I am sick and tired of these bots using my account to give these artist views! 

How to log out those devices from my account permanently? Because the "Sign out Everywhere" option with changing my password is not working at all. The link

Add the option of Two step identification. Doesnt need to be for everybody just people who are sick of your lax security and prefer to use two step authentication that deal with having account hijacked. At least react when I suddenly start using spotufy in another country or new device. You are the easiest service to hack and its annoying or at its worst horrible. Fix it Spotify!
