Account got hacked and now I can't change my profile information

After my account got hacked I found that I couldn't change my profile information that I believe he must have changed. Everytime I try to change it, it says "We're sorry, that email is taken." Even though that is the email I signed up with. Also the company needs a way for customers to call otherwise I will take my business somewhere else. Thank you.

Hello @jet100a!

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. Can you try this process using another browser or Incognito Mode? It might be worth trying another device.

I've tried this method and it didn't seem to help. I am using Google Chrome

Sorry to hear you're still having trouble with this. I'd recommend following the steps here in a different browser or device it'd also be great trying another network.

 

If that doesn't do the trick, can you follow the suggestions here?
