My Question or Issue

 My account "coverurazz" got hacked and I can not change my password, because I can´t remember which email I took for verification once. I can also not login (password got changed too) while I pay for premium.

Well, if you do not have other choice but disconnect your payment then you should done that via PayPal or Bank account to deactivate your AUTO payment. Otherwise it might take money automaticly every month.

Go to here:

https://www.spotify.com/se/password-reset/

and then type

coverurazz (your user name)

 

Check all your email accounts you have and do not forget to check **Spaam** folder as well....

Unfortunately I have already done these things without any result. Is their a way to prove I´m the one who pays for this account to deactivate it or at least cancel the premium feature because I can not take access of it?
