My Question or Issue

So as I was listening to some music as usual, a unfamilliar device suddenly "invaded" and changed the music to an unfamilliar song and it made me fear for the security of spotify regarding the safety of my account. I'm a premium user and paid for these services I didn't even give it to anyone. A reply and what to do if this happened again in the future. Thank you
