My Question or Issue

Today morning i have wake up to all my spotify has been log out. I check my email and found out someone has changed my email address. The email that i have gotten was also in Spanish which i do not understand. Please help me in getting my account back. This is my secondary account to post this issue here.

i have already file a contact form. But its already been 6 hours and
nothing has been reply by Spotify. Its been very worrying as the billing
info are all in the account.

I did not get any reply or mail either until I contacted them with this new account that I have created for forums. Doing that ensured that a support ticket got created (probably automatically) and then I could reply their mail and explained what happened.

Just make sure to reply to the automatic email if you get one by Spotify.
