Account got hacked?

Few days i was listening to musc on spotify ofc then randomly the song stopped i look at the device manager to connect to my computer again and it says "connected to emannuel pc" I haven't gave out my account to anyone so it was weird but i just ignored it and thought it was a bug in the system.But today i log into spotify and 2 of my playlists were deleted i check my email and it says my spotify email has been changed i cant log in anymore with email and password only through facebook is there anyway to get account back?

Contact support so they can take a look at your account and see what is going on. You can reach out to them here. If you get an automated reply email, you need to reply back to it. Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.
