My Question or Issue

My account got hacked and taken over! They changed my email address to a different one and I cannot log into it anymore.

Thank you for the response.  I did those steps as you directed  thank you.

My question is what happens to the account the hacker took over? I want it back since it has my info and stuff on it.. also paid for the monthly service.

Once you've followed the steps in the article I provided in my last reply and gotten in touch with Spotify, they'll take measures to return access back you and help you further.

After contacting them, I'd recommend waiting for their response 🙂
