Account got removed from family plan

Hi, as the title say...my account is removed from family plan in my family...i am studying in university which is hundreds kilometers away from home...i join my family plan...and use the home address to register...but after about a month my account suddenly become free version and got removed from the family plan...so spotify please look into this problem

In order to remain on the family plan you would need to be living at the same address as the family account holder:

Good news is that if you check you may be able to get Spotify student! 🙂
