Account hacked? Customer service not responding.

Account hacked? Customer service not responding.

A week ago I wrote to customer service that someone has swapped my email account settings and password!

 

Unfortunately, no one responded to my problem and today when I attempting to log into Spotify... I see the information that there is no such account and you can not log in ("An error has occurred processing your login. Please try again"). The biggest problem is that I have there the credit card and has been charged for premium spotify family!!!

 

Customer service is not responding for one week, I need help. 😞

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

You will have received an automated reply from the form that you sent. Reply to that directly with your 8 digit case reference number (as a reply to the email, despite the fact it's from a no reply), and it will be sent to the appropriate people.
