Account hacked? Playlists Deleted

Hi there,

For some reason it looks like my account has been hacked, all of my playlists have been deleted and now I have somebody elses playlists.

Is it possible to get the playlists back?

I am a spotify premium user

Hi Meredith thanks for getting back to me., yep have changed my password it looks as of you have restored some playlists however it seems to be the playlists from the person who took over the account that I deleted after changing the password.

Could you possibly restore it to before? I had two playlists, both were called Liked from Radio.
