My Question or Issue

 My account has been hacked, email address being changed as well. Although I already submitted the problem but havn't received any reply yet. Since this account still links to my credit card, I don't feel confortable enough just waiting for days to resolve. May I know - 

1. Normally how many days it will take for someone to look into my problem

2. IS there any way to remove the credit card details?
