Account hacked! Where is the customer service?

Hello,

My account has been hacked.

Where is the customer service? I have to make a forum post to get help?!

Suddenly my account is turned into a free account, and all playlistst are gone.

Then I see that I have gotten an from spotify that I had changed my email:

"Your previous email address was: marius_mk90@hotmail.com
It's now: Neegrid3@hot.ee"

I had facebook connected but originally an old account from many years back, like 2010/2010.

Does this mean my facebook is hacked or just my spotify with the old username connnected account?

I have the same problem and still no response. Almost 9 hours after I sent the first email saying I have not changed the email on my account..
