Account hacked and created 4 mixtapes I cant delete

Hallo,

when I made my Spotify Premium Account I barely used it and didn't notice someone else is using it too.

So Spotify created four mixtapes based on his musictaste. Is there any possibility to delete them or change the genre they're based on?

I've already deleted everything related to him in my library and of course changed my password.

Unfortunately, that's not possible, but you can just start listening to your favourite music again and then it should adjust in a few weeks.
