Account hacked and need assistance.

I have Tweeted to SpotifyCares and sent in a contact form but the contact form said it would reach out to me via the hijackers email. 

Someone has hijacked my account and change the contact email and password. I can still access via facebook but cannot change password since I do not know the current on the hijacker changed it to. 

Need help restoring my access.

Hi there!

I recommend reaching out directly to Spotify Support. With this anonymous online contact form, you can reach them without subscribing to / having access to a Spotify account or the email that was used to create that account.

They can also be reached through their Twitter Handle @SpotifyCares

If you use the online contact form instead of Twitter, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.

Thanks for the reply. As noted in my message, I had done both, but had not gotten a reply.

I followed up on twitter again and am working with them now.
