Account hacked and no responce from Spotify

Hi guys, just signed up for another account because mine was hacked and Spotify has not responed to any of the emails or forms I have sent in. 

This is possibly the worst customer service of any company I have done business with. 

How do I get my account back if I can't contact anyone and no one will contact me back?

- I have responded to the stupid orignal email 5 times, no response. 

- I have done 2 annonomous forms, nothing.

- I have tweeted @spotifycares (no the hell they don't), nothing

- I have DMed, again, not a freakin thing!

yeah, so I have been emailing for DAYS and get nothing back. Patience is VERY thin at this point.
If it was just 1 email, fine. This is 5 emails, 2 anonymous forms, 2 tweets, and a DM.
Come on! I pay for this. I'm all about being understanding, but this is too much
