Account hacked and playlists deleted

I logged into my account this evening and noticed all of my playlists, etc were gone and my recently played list was made up of foreign songs I'd never heard of. I assumed this was a glitch and maybe would be resolved soon, but then I got a pop up saying my account was being listened to by a device I don't own (Alexito2801😍).

Is it possible to restore my deleted playlists? I have since changed my password and logged all devices out of the account.

You can contact Spotify at support@spotify.com or Spotify Caress on Facebook and Twitter to take care of the hacking. To restore the playlists, you can go to Spotify.com, log in, go to acounts settings and click, "Restore playlists". Hope you can get to the bottom of this and take care. 😀
