Account hacked: email address and password

I would like to report an incident regarding my account. Someone changed my email address to *snip* (not my email address) in my Spotify account and i can't log in because it also change my password. 

I want to recover my original account with my email address. I don't want to create another account in Spotify because all of my music were there. 

I also sent an email to account-details-changed@spotify.com yesterday to report this issue however no response yet from your team. 

I hope you can help me and recover my account. Please ban also the email address that hacked my account.
