My Question or Issue
Hello,
I have a major problem with the security of my password of my Spotify account. Someone has hijacked my account 3 times during this month. Everytime I am being hacked, I am completely changing my password but this guy continue to use my account. What is doing Spotify ? If nothing is done I may leave Spotify. It is abnormally that an account could be so easily hacked even by using special characters in the password. I do hope to have an explenation of an official of Spotify to solve this massive leak and the security of my personal data. I just want to had that there are laws that permit to protect the personal data and as I see nothing is respected...

Did you see the second step:
“Note: We may need a screenshot of your Spotify receipt or bank statement for security purposes. Please have this on-hand when getting in touch (and make sure it does not show your full credit card number, expiration date, or 3-digit code).
We'll then take all the necessary steps to secure your account and return access to you.”
