Account hacked needing help

Hi my account was hacked.  I use facebook as a log in probably what saved me as it looks like they are accessing my account using device id and password.

They have change my subscription to premier to family since June, and I have been bill for extra.  They then sent invites to other people who has been using my account.  Also, my recommendations are now full of music I don't listen to.

I can't find anywhere I can contact support, so if someone can help me with this that will be great.

Firstly, to make sure my account is now secure, and an explanation how it could be hacked?

Refunding the amount that I have paid extra.

And also, delete the recently played music, so that radio, and recommendation for browsing now works for me?
