Account hacked - password and email address changed

My account has been hacked. The hacker managed to change both my password and my email address. The only reason I can still log in is because I have my account linked to my Facebook page.

In order to change my email address back I need my password. In order to change my password, it sends a link to my email address (which is now the hacker's). This is circular logic and I'm effectively locked out from making changes

Any help or suggestions would be extremely welcome!
