Account hacked? - unfamiliar music in "recent played"

I just opened the spotify app on my phone and it showed me that someone was playing music over the firefox web app, I changed the device to my phone and I never heard the song that was playing. another device i could choose was an amazon fire tv stick but neither do have my amazon fire tv stick near me right now nor do i use firefox. i checked the tab where it shows the recent played music and there were 3 albums listed I never heard before from the artists "Saboh" and "Lhps". I live in an apartment complex so there might be these devices in apartments next to me but I never gave anyone my account data. do I have to worry that someone hacked into my account? I already changed my password and deleted all apps that were connected to my spotify.
