Please can someone help me my account has been hacked. The email address has been changed but payment details are the same. I cannot change anthing because the password had been changed I can only access through log in through facebook. This is theft.

You're going to need to contact Spotify directly.

 

You can't always get help from the Spotify help page or community, and Spotify knows that.

Thanks Joe I have sent them a tweet and they responded but they havent emailed me or anything yet but it appears like the hacker isn't in my account...weirdly I can still access through facebook just need them to resort the email I guess!
