I am trying to figure out whats going on with my account.  Two weeks ago I noticed all of my playlists were gone and someone else had added music and removed all of my music on my account.  I have tried to change the password, but the email has been changed so I can't get the change password email.  I also can't change the password either but I can still login because its still linked with my Facebook account.  Please help me!!!  I have tweeted at the support and tried to send details to the contact form but it won't work!!

Unfortunately, only customer support can help you with getting access to your account again.

 

Did you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages? If so, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.
