Hi
My account has been hacked I think. I'm a premium customer and I couldn't find any of my old playlists on it.
Can you please investigate and let me know?

You said that your account has been hacked, so I would recommend you to contact support through the anonymous contact form so they can help you. This is alternative form so you can enter an email which you can access to get the reply, please make sure that this is an email that is not compromised, and that you have access to it.

 

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

Support takes usually 24-48 hours to respond
