Account hacked

Hey!

So someone logged into my account from a GalaxyS8 and I have no idea who this can be. I logged out of all my devices, as well as changing my password, but when I logged back on the person kept playing music trough my account. 

Would you be able to make sure this person won't be able to access my account anymore? And is it possible to activate some type of secure login?
