Account hacked

Hi,

it appears to me, my Spotify account has been hacked. After resetting the password and logging in, all my playlists are deleted and someone has entered a name and uploaded a profile picture.

I can even see someone is using my account on another device right now.

I would be happy, if you could stop that person from doing that again.

Hi @Huib,

Thank you for your fast reply and your help.

The first instructions on the page didn't help. It took the other person less than 5 minutes to log into my account again, after resetting the password. But at least I was able to terrorize him with playing music on his device, so he logged of for now. And I sent a message to spotify.

Hmm, that's not cool! Spotify might be able to take a closer look here. They usually reply within 24-48 hours. Let's hope this gets fixed soon.
