Account hacked

Morning guys,

My Premium account appears to have been hacked.

Every time I log in on my iPad or my Android phone there's songs I haven't played which appear in my songs list, R&B stuff that I would never listen to.

Someone is also creating playlists and deleting mine.

I have just restored my playlist but these other new songs are still appearing, meaning someone still has access to my account.

How do I resolve it?
