Account hacked

Account hacked

Hello,

Someone hacked my account this morning. First they highjacked while I was listenting under the name "Liam Reeve's iPad". I email'd tech support and they told me to reset my password, which I did.  Now the hacker has cancelled my subsrcipion and my account. I can no longer login or retreive my password. I am a paying premium memeber, this is unacceptable

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 48 hours.

Hi Krosemm,

 

Our agent put a block onto your account so that they could ensure that the hijacker is removed from your account.  They sent you a reply to your case - could you please pop a message back to them with the info that the agent requested?
