Account hacked

Received an email about 2 weeks ago that my Spotify emails as changed to bigfatblackracist69 which I obviously didn't change. I replied to the email saying I did not change my email. I went to log into my Spotify and my years worth of playlists gone and no premium... Just the free version. My account is through Facebook. I've done everything all the boards have said to do, changed my fb account info and password and nothing has worked. I've attempted to contact Spotify 4 times to no avail. In the email I explain my problem and give them my REAL email to contact me back but after I submit it says - thank you bigfatbkackracist69@blah.com we will contact you. I'm soooooo frustrated and why can't I just frickin' call someone at Spotify?????

If you contact support from your account, the support reply will probably go to the wrong email.

 

Contact support using this alternative contact form so they can help you.

Make sure you are logged out of any Spotify account in your browser when using the contact form or the username and email field will not show up. It is important so that you can enter the information of the account you are having trouble with. If you are logged in with a different account that is not having the problem, that account info will be used and support will be confused.

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the Community, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com

 

Support usually replies within 24 hours. Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

Finally got an email through, I responded to them and still nothing.  Can you please help.

Send your message directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

 

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.
