Account hacked

so i had to necro a dead account i didnt know i still had of free spotify to even be able to maybe get some help with this...
yesterday someone got inot my spotify account and changed the password and email on teh account. from the email i got about the change in details i emailed the spotify account team about the problem with all the info i had about the account in a attempt to get it back. some hours passed and i did not get a response so i tehn tweeted the @spotifycares twitter account and had a conversation in DMs saying that they were going to pass my info on to the accounts team and that they would email be shortly. i dont know how long shortly is for spotify but to me 7 hours without getting an email from spotify is a bit longer than "shortly" for the last 3 hours i have been trying to get the attention of the @spotifycares twitter account again through DMs and tweeting them again but i get nothing back even though i can see that they are helping out people who have a few minutes before i have and people who have tweeted after me even people getting replies within seconds of tweeting them but still i get nothing back from my attempts to contact them. this sort of support from a service that i pay for every month is very disheartening.
does anyone actually know how long it takes spotify to sort out this sort of problem? because it really feels like spotify dont care

I have since Saturday with a problem similar to yours and I contacted the support and I am still waiting for me to answer. I have not received any response by the technical support to give me a solution to what has happened to me. It's a bit sad indeed. I hope they respond in brief. Luck
