Account hacked

my Spotify Family Premium got hacked.
Yesterday,my account email and password has been changed by hacker.
the email changed to mvrht.net.
I could login by facebook yesterday.
but, I can't login by facebook today.

when I could login by facebook yesterday.
I had reply the situation to customer service.
But, I don't get any response.
I am very worry.
Please could this be looked into ASAP.

You said that your account has been hacked, so I would recommend you to contact support through the anonymous contact form so they can help you. This is alternative form so you can enter an email which you can access to get the reply, please make sure that this is an email that is not compromised, and that you have access to it.

If you get an auto reply back directing you to the help pages, just reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the employees will get back to you as soon as possible.

Support takes usually 24-48 hours to respond
