Account hacked

Account hacked

My partner's account was hacked, and the information changed so that she cannot access her account.   As she is the primary account on our Premium Family membership, I cannot access anything but my "Free" account, even though we have a subscription.  

 

Can you please start the process of reinstating her account, so that we can both start using our family plan again?  

 

The difficulty of actually trying to get help on your service is making me question why we're paying you.
