Hello,

I recently assigned my account to a Family subscription. After I did this Spotify still charged 9,99 from my bank account so I charged it back using my bank. Now Spotify has blocked my account while I still have an ongoing premium subscription and I am part of a Family subscription. I'm no longer able to sign into account or get back any of my music. I would very much like to see my account unblocked.
