Account has been hacked!

Account has been hacked!

My Premium account has been hacked which Spotify have now sorted but my playlists have disappeared and I can see that the hacker has made purchases using the 'download' this track option.

 

What do I do?

Thanks Sam. Are you sure that email relates to this issue and it isn't the previous issue (thats now sorted)?

Still no reply regarding my missing playlists Sam. 

 

I have started creating some new ones but I am dying here trying to think of the 4,000+ tracks I had saved over the last 3 years........

I feel bad for you, the same thing happend to me right now. All my playlists are gone and the account got hacked. Changed password I hoping thats safe now. But the account seems meaningless without my playlists.

 

Did you get yours back?

Snurreburre - Log out and in again, you should see your playlists...

Changed all my passwords and running virus scans atm, but I got a problem that the hacker changed the country to United Kingdom from Sweden also to PayPal instead of my visa card.

 

When I try to change back it just says "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area".

This sounds strange. We can't sort anything here, too many security details are needed. If you could contact Customer Support, we'll get it sorted.
