My Question or Issue

Hi! My account seems to be stolen. I've had this account for years, and suddenly it keeps saying that the username (which is correct) and the password don't match. I sent the new password request and succeeded to log in with my e-mail address and new password, but it wasn't my account. No premium, no music lists, nothing. I've always used my username insteqd of my e-mail when logging in. This is quite alarming, cause the payment goes straight from my bank account.

Please use the following help guide to make sure you don't have more than one account you're trying to log into.

 

In addition, you can always use this help guide on "taken over" accounts if you feel something wrong or misplaced on your subscription.
