My Question or Issue

I've just reinstalled Spotify on my phone after getting a constant "No internet connection available".


I'm trying to log in using my Spotify credentials but I've forgotten my password. I had been logging in through Facebook for months but I'm considering closing my Facebook account soon.


I tried to use the "Forgotten password" workflow to reset my credentials but I've looked at my Spotify account and the email registered is one I've never seen before - a temporary email address at **bleep**.com.


This means I cannot reset my password. I cannot change this address as it requires my password.


Unsure of how to proceed.

I suggest that you contact the Customer Support team to get help with it. Just go on there and choose the best channel for you and explain your issue or doubt. Someone will help you as soon as possible.
