Account have been hacked

Hello,

 

My boyfriends account have been hacked, and at the moment we can't even log in.

Would like to get some help with this, have already sent a costumers support, but haven't got any answer.

He wants to use what he have payed for, either we get help or we will cancel our spotify account.

Contact form: http://bit.ly/SpotifyCFA (Make sure you're logged out of any Spotify accounts while using the form!)

 

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address.

 

 Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

The Spotify Support team usually replies within 24-48 hours.

 

If you still have not gotten a reply:

 

      • Did you get a confirmation email from the contact form? It should be similar to "Spotify Support Case #XXXXXXX". If so, reply back to that email and tell them you still need help.
      • If you got an automated reply email telling you to check the help section or the Community, you need to reply back to it saying you still need help, even if it's from a no-reply address.

I didn't even get a confirmation mail. It just said that the reply will be sent to the mail adress that it have been changed to. 

Now I can't log in to change it back. The password have been changed.

 

I have read that you should reply to the mail, but since I guess that it wasn't even sent to us. We can't do anything about it.
