Account help - Premuim but shows Free - Need help ASAP because of overseas trip tonight

Hey All,

 

I have a premuim subscription for spotify using my facebook.  Originally when I did sign up for premium I was using a different email address for facebook.  Now that I have changed the email address associated with my facebook it seems as if spotify created two accounts for me.  When I log on it shows as free.  However, I still get billed $9.99 a month and my friends who follow my "real" account still see my playlists, etc. which I can not even see or access from the current email address associated with my facebook.  I also can not log on to spotify with the old email address associated with my facebook and according to spotify's "forgot your password" section, my old email address does not even exist.  Please help me someone because I've been paying for spotify the past few months for no reason and today I am going across the world and would love to listen to my music.

It does sound like you have a dupliate account situation going on here, are you sure you didn't have a Spotify username when you first registered and then you connected your Facebook to it? If so that is the username you need to log into to get back to your account. If you did register using Facebook, get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to track down your account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

I'm almost positive I connected straight through facebook.  Regardless, I would only use 3 possible email addresses and only one is connected to spotify according to "forgot my password" section.  The other two do not even come up when I tried looking up its password.
