I was trying to get Spotify student premium account and when I was in there it didn't recognize me as a student and at this point. Kinda just gave up and then I look at my credit card and it got charged the amount for the student account but the premium is not on my account. And it clearly said that we cannot verify you as a student.

You were charged because you added your credit card details, you can ask a refund though if you like.

 

You will need to get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they will be able to assist you with this.

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible. Give it 24 to 48hrs, also make sure you're checking your Spam folder because sometimes emails might end up there.

What category should I put this under on the online contact form?

Subscription > Student Discount > I Still Need Help.
