Account hi-jacked (He keeps connecting his iPhone and take control)

Hello.

My accout has been hi-jacked by some one.

I normally login via- Facebook.

I have tried to disconnect all devices, changed password etc.

But everytime I do, it takes him 5 sec. to connect his iphone again and take control.

Its super frustration - can you please do a HARD reset of my account?

Why is it that I (subscriber) can't disconnect devices for good?!
