Account hijacked...again

Account hijacked...again

My account (sharkcus) was hijacked. They unlinked my facebook and removed my email address so I cannot recover it. Please help asap, I have already submitted a message and received a case number but have not had a response yet. My credit card is sitll tied to this, do I need to cancel my card? 

 

Please help asap, as this is the second time this month and I'm getting pretty frusterated with this.

I received a response and I believe they are handling it.

 

I really really really really wish spotify supported 2factor auth, even using google's authenticator would be good enough.

So how long does this typically take from when the case is setup? I've been waiting all day for a resolution and no response after the initial email.
