My Question or Issue

Me and my brother live together, I'm trying to add him to my duo plan because he is just a kid and cant buy it himself, I've bought the plan and when he goes to join it says hes in another country? He doesn't have a VPN on.

I recommend making sure that his country setting is set to the same country as yours. This can be checked at https://spotify.com/account.

Hey Maxim! 

 

I’d like to follow up on this topic. My husband recently moved to Canada. I did the following:

  • Change the payment details to CAD
  • Change the country when I change the paymeny details 
  • Change the address from his profile
  • Change the region from his Apple account

 

But we keep on getting the message “It looks like you live in another country…” Did I miss on anything? 

 

My Plan: DUO Premium - Canada 

Husband’s Plan: FAMILY Premium - Philippines

Device: Apple

In that case, the changes will take effect from the next billing date. 🙂
