Account info not updating

My account name and email address are not updating.  My account is linked to facebook and information is correct on fb but not up to date on Spotify.

Hi @011011!

Keep in mind that it might take between 24 and 48 hours for any changes to be visible on your Facebook-created account.

Thanks but it's been over a year. I didn't use my Spotify account for awhile. Definitely no changes getting updated. I tried disabling Spotify through fb and trying it again. No success. Any other ideas?
